At Five Star
Collision Center we are dedicated to restoring our customers
vehicles to their pre-accident condition in a timely fashion.
Our family owned and
operated facility is one with old-fashioned values and customer
service. Because we utilize the finest staffing and the latest
technology to repair all make and model vehicles, we are able to
offer a lifetime warranty that covers all repairs performed by
Five Star Collision Center Inc. for as long as they own their
vehicles. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
Our 32,000 square
foot facility is located two blocks east of Washington off 104th
Ave, in the city of Northglenn Co.
The customer service
area includes three estimating stations and a comfortable
waiting area to insure our customers have a pleasant experience
while dropping off IT
picking up their vehicles.
Five Star Collision
Center Inc. utilizes the finest estimating tools and equipment
to assure the highest quality repairs possible, including ADP
SHOPLlNK with imaging, and C.c.c. PATHWAYS with imaging,
Other equipment
includes three frame racks, a Continental frame rack and
Universal measuring system, a Car-tronics frame rack with
computerized measuring, and a new Blackhawk frame rack with a
computerized Shark measuring system. Our welding equipment
includes a Pro-spot welder, and three M.l.G. welders. Two mobile
vehicles lifts so that we may inspect and photograph the
underside of vehicles as needed.
The 12000 square foot
paint shop is equipped with two paint booths, including a state
of the art Blow Therm down draft, with climate control
capabilities. A third paint booth is slated by the end of this
year. We currently use high quality PPG products so that we may
match any and all automotive finishes.
We have approximately
2 acres of fenced storage area.
Our staff includes
three full time estimators, four technicians, two painters and
several painters' helpers. Our technicians are ASE and/or I-Car
certified and committed to the highest quality repairs
available. We also employ two full time detailers, and a quality
control specialist and his only function is to ensure our
customers are fully satisfied with the repairs performed on
their vehicles.

associated with insurance direct repair programs for many years;
I understand the need to maintain a great working relationship
involving trust and integrity.
